Today there is a tendency in the search for the traditional, not only among the national public but also abroad.
The tourist values an experience closer to Portuguese culture and customs, being attracted mainly by houses with traits that mark our history.
We value our roots here.
Considering that the preserves are a product of Portuguese excellence, and a tradition that still has some presence at the table in the Alentejan Coast, I think it makes sense to seek this tradition, and make it more present.
What we want with this project is no longer a store that sells national products, nor is it any more a tasca for snacking.
We want a store of traditional and regional products. A place for tasting preserves, accompanied by a good regional wine, where the general public can sit and taste. The environment is family friendly and welcoming. The client creates and proves.
Conserveira Alentejana intends to sell a little of Portugal and the best we have at regional level.
In addition to the preserves, wine and Alentejo bread, in this same space we try to explore products from our county and neighboring counties, namely Santiago do Cacém and Odemira.
